Midreshet Torat Chessed

Midreshet Torat Chessed (MTC), located on the Bet Elazraki campus, is a unique seminary for girls from abroad.

Every year, about 30 girls from the United States, Canada and England enjoy the most incredible year of their lives at MTC.

The combination of the words “Torah” and “Chessed” stems from exactly what takes place at the seminary. In the morning, the girls are enriched through inspiring Torah classes, while during the afternoon until evening, they work at Bet Elazraki and are truly partners in changing the lives of our children. The MTC girls are an integral part of our staff, as they serve as friends, big sisters, and role models to our children.

Throughout the year at MTC, students will strengthen their connection to three core pillars of Judaism:

Torat Yisrael -

Through stimulating classes and discussions with expert educators, students gain a better understanding of themselves and of their Judaism. The unique atmosphere at MTC and Bet Elazraki enables girls to grow spiritually while the combination of classes and time learning in the Bet Midrash will arm them with the skills necessary to build a life of continued Torah learning and Avodat Hashem.

Am Yisrael -

Through playing, helping and working with the children of Bet Elazraki, the students of MTC really live what they learn. The students and the children of Bet Elazraki develop a deep connection, and become integral parts of each other’s lives.

Eretz Yisrael -

During the year, the girls enjoy varied and interesting trips to the Land of Israel, which connects them to the land of their ancestors in a way Deep and meaningful.

MTC is recognized by Yeshiva University and Toro College.
